This Sunday (20th March 2016) marks the International Day of Happiness, the day recognising the relevance of happiness and well-being as universal goals and aspirations.
The campaign is coordinated by Action for Happiness, a not-for-profit movement of people from over 160 countries.
So what really does make us happy?
According to studies, the ‘Ten Keys to Happier Living’ guide is based on the latest findings from the science of wellbeing. The guide highlights key areas to create the acronym ‘Great Dream’, including giving: to care about other people, relating: connecting with others and even exercising: the connection between body and mind, and how to take care of your body.
