Just keep swimming – the benefits and challenges

We don’t often think of swimming as an exercise routine, or a valid way to lose weight, but studies and research suggest that swimming can in-fact benefit you more than you think.

If you’re already a keen swimmer, then why not take part in the Swimathon? This is a national campaign which challenges people of all abilities to get involved in the sport, and fundraise for charity.
