Working out can be tough, and sometimes you just need a little extra motivation to get yourself through an exercise. You could bring friends along with you, but if they prove to be more of a distraction, you could always opt for a personal trainer. We have a fantastic group of personal trainers that operate at Andover Leisure Centre and Romsey Rapids Sports Complex, and here they are!

Dan specialises in helping people achieve better body composition and health, through bespoke strength/conditioning programs and nutritional planning. He understands that there are many pieces to optimal health and fitness, sometimes there are pieces to find and sometimes you just need help putting them together.

Jenny Pawson – Romsey Rapids Sports Centre

Karen Nicklen – Andover Leisure Centre

Karen offers an individualised programme designed to suit your temperament, goals, enthusiasm and commitment. In addition to 1-1 training, she also creates bespoke nutritional plans which can be purchased as a stand alone product.
